Seaside Vacation Homes, located in Seaside, OR, is searching for part-time and full-time Property Manager Housekeepers to help us care for the 61 homes and condos along with 24 tiny Homes in our rental program. Our properties are cleaner than the competition, and we focus on running a program that emphasizes accountability, consistency, and precision. If that sounds good, please keep reading!

With flexible scheduling, our office hours are 9:30 am-6 pm. With most of our part-time staff working 10 am-3 pm. Pay varies between hourly and piecework, depending on the schedule. Pay starts at $32,000 while in Training and $38,000 + Summer Bonuses ($21.60/hr) for Experienced Mentor Staff.
